However, the major downside I encountered was a significant delay in delivering my tractor. What was initially promised to be a timely delivery was nearly three weeks longer than expected. This delay caused disruptions in my business operations and was quite inconvenient.

While I understand that delays can sometimes be unavoidable due to various factors, what I found somewhat disappointing was the lack of proactive communication regarding the delay. It would have been appreciated if they had kept me informed about the progress and the reasons behind the holdup.

So, After looking many hours for the right mini excavator, I stumbled upon a JD 60G they had. I immediately called them because I knew this was the one I needed for my family. I got a call back within minutes, and the salesman went through the whole process from viewing the unit and getting a quote on it – I must say the experience was flawless. They had other machines I was interested in, but I just got convinced this was the one based on my requirements. 12 days later, I got to test the unit here at my place and it was beautiful. That is just how it was conveyed to me.
