I just picked up my kubota that I have bought from Sam at Flatrock Equipment LLC. Each time I deal with Sam he exceeds my expectations. I just got a new machine and it really is an amazing one. Due to COVID we had to order this machine sight unseen. Sam helped me through the process and we picked the best options and I couldn’t be more happy. I would highly recommend Sam and his team to anyone considering a machine.

After buying an excavator here, I knew that old machine sometimes had a little problem, but I didn’t expect that I would pay so much for this, and spend so much extra money to repair the unit, various problems, engine leaks, Oil repair, the display shows that the oil temperature is too high, the air conditioner is bad, and many other problems, because it was bought in winter. Sam was pushy and dishonest with me! Don’t buy a vehicle here! If you don’t want to empty your wallet.

Even though I ended up not buying a machine from here, I wanted to leave a review. Probably the best equipment shopping experience I had when looking for a new equipment. Sam was great, super informative and was able to answer all my questions. Didn’t feel pushy at all, very straightforward and honest feeling place. Would recommend to anyone looking for an equipment.
