Great job on getting me the tractor I wanted. Sam kept in touch with me until it arrived.

I’m perplexed because if based on the review of one person (Sam) I’d have to at least give 3 stars and a recommendation however it’s based on the entire experience particularly the delivery which was where the recommendation was lost and a star dropped.
