Very hard to get on the phone to schedule the next steps.

The service was horrible, Sam didn’t know what’s going on and giving wrong information. My credit union was requesting documents for a letter of credit, we waited 2 days for that and the third day Sam called me saying they will not accept a letter of credit for payment, he was also very rude to my banker telling her that he never heard of this small credit union and when he said they are FDIC insured he started yelling at her asking what did FDIC Insured meant back in 2008. My advice is to stay away from them.

Been going to Eric for years. He’s the best, never steers us wrong and always the best service. At this point he’s like family.

I drive past this place almost every night on my way home and had only stopped once before. They had the exact machine I was looking for. It was a more than a fair price. The way they handled the paperwork was the simplest machine I ever bought. Eric was extremely helpful. I would buy an equipment or recommend them to anyone. It was fun buying a unit, That had not happened in a very long time.
