All in all, everything worked out great for an out-of-stater who had reservations about buying a nice machine in this manner.

I purchased a backhoe recently from Flatrock Equipment LLC, I think it took them less than a week to deliver the unit, was definitely dirty since the truck is uncovered but I gave it a wash and I see no issues at all. In the end, $1000 was pretty good for what they did.
