I was told it would be delivered on Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday when it arrived at 9:36pm. You sit waiting for the machine because you don’t want to miss the delivery and they don’t call, or communicate.

Very poor customer service. I called at 10 a.m. regarding a skid steer. Shane told me that the machine is available, I wanted to pay a deposit to hold it for me, but he said that he has to talk with his partner to see if he has anything scheduled on the unit, and he will get back with a call, 5 hours later after calling over 5 times he called me and told me that the unit was sold. Very unprofessional!

Sam is such a wonderful salesperson and expert. He did everything possible to assist me in getting my dream tractor.

I received my excavator in less than six days. The unit is in perfect condition. Thanks
